On first visit the problem couldn't be pin pointed next step was to go into sealed refrigeration system ,which was thought to be under Warranty since the refrigerator is only 3years 4 months old. After several hours and talking to at least 15 or more people on the phone only to find out the finale answer , NOT UNDER WARRANTY. I then called Advanced Appliance Service , HE was so nice and asked for me to give him 2 days to be able to locate the refrigerant, he located it was back did all the things required to service it only to find out that part was ok, next is a compressor , He is trying to locate one and will call when he can get one which I appreciate, I would like to fix it if it is possible since I paid $ 1998.99 for it. I highly recommend this company. I was only charged 0 dollars for 1st. visit and only $ 75.00 for the second. He is just a really honest person to deal with. If he can locate a compressor the Approximate cost will be around $ 500.00 total for part and labor, well worth it. He will keep me informed as to finding the part needed.

He was very friendly and up front about everything. Very professional. This place is amazing and I will use them again.

A few weeks ago, Greg stopped in, cleaned the coils and suggested to keep an eye on things, and to call if things didn't get better or got worse. I called earlier this week to book an appointment for today. Greg showed up early, replaced the thermostat and now our refrigerator/freezer is like new! Thanks again Greg for a job well done! Highly recommend!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received!  I requested last minute emergency service on a Saturday and although Greg was busy and unable to accommodate my request, he adjusted his schedule to meet my needs and arrived promptly the following Monday before I went to work.  He immediately and correctly diagnosed the problem and found a way that allowed me to use my washing machine until the part arrived.  He returned 2 days later on Wednesday with the part and resolved the problem within what seemed like a matter of minutes. He was prompt, professional, and most importantly, got the job done.  I highly recommend him and will use his services in the future.

I called Greg at Advanced Appliance Service yesterday. He showed up at my house a couple of hours later, right when he said he would. Greg quickly diagnosed the problem with my drier, ordered the parts online and was done in 15 minutes. Greg said he'd return today between 11AM and 1PM, with the parts to repair my drier. Today Greg showed up a few minutes past 11AM, installed the parts to get my Maytag drier running again and tested the drier to be sure everything was operating as it should. Again Greg was efficient and professional in his service. I will use Greg in the future should I need appliance repair, and I recommend that you give him a try for your appliance service needs.

It was simple to reach Greg by phone, and before agreeing to come out for a service call, he asked me several questions and suggested some troubleshooting I could do on my own.  Since that did not solve the problem, he offered to take a look at it.  He was available to come within 24 hours.  In response to my questions, he explained his pricing and gave an estimate over the phone.  He is courteous, professional, and arrived when he said he would.

I called him on  monday morning and he came that same day and confirmed it was the element.  Quickly let me know he did not have one on him but could get one by the next day and get it in.  True to his word the very next day he came and completed it when he said he would.  He was polite went quickly to work and wasted no time.  I would highly recommend him

I think it went well enough. The problem wasn't solved but I think it had to with other things other than appliance specialists. They came out within a reasonable amount of time. I was very satisfied. He did his best. He was pleasant. The price was fair. He was responsive. He knew what he was doing.

Came for initial visit to determine what was needed, ordered part, returned within a week.  Estimate was reasonable and correct.  Oven had to be pulled out for element to be replaced.  Professional.  On time.  Good service

Dryer quit on Friday night.   Had all but one pair of my jeans in ti.  Don't drive, so couldn't take my wet items to a coin laundry.    Started making calls Monday morning.  Two said they could be here in 8 days.  Then I called AAS, and he said he could come early that afternoon.   He was right on time and had the dryer humming in less than half an hour.
