ACTION TOWING

I find it interesting that your deleting my feed back in regards to abandoned vehicles and your policy's and procedures as a company that's been in business for 30 years one should expect from time to time both positive and negative feed back it happens that's why business promote themselves and ask for feed back so they can see where they can make improvements. Now I didn't state anything that you haven't already told me unless there's something you haven't told me. Non the less two reasons why you may have deleted my feed back . (1) you think everything I stated was a lie or (2) your embarrassed by how your handling this particular situation And feeling ashamed that your taking advantage of a serious situation following a hospitalization. and you don't want your other patrons too see this hardly negative feed back. And FYI there are plenty of other avenues I can to through to leave my feed back On Thursday evening March 16th 2 blocks from my house I was taking a corner when a vehicle coming In the opposite direction took the corner sharp in my Lane of travel I had to lay my bike down to avoid a collision with it. I got a concussion with loss of consciousness, Closed fracture of 4 ribs #3,4,5 and 6 and #3 and 6 are broke in multiple places of my left side, I have a displaced fracture of the body of the my left scapula and I may need surgery on my Scapula and last but not least a Separation of my left Acromioclavicular joint type 2. Pretty significant injuries. I spent 7 days in the hospital and upon release the tow fee was slightly out of my reach I'll I had available was $300 Mean while Action Towing is claiming I abandoned my motorcycle or refused to claim it because I didn't have the appropriate funds available to satisfy them. So my beloved 2003 Honda Interceptor motorcycle of 14 years will soon be Auctioned off and the remaining debt will be billed to me. The one personal item they won't let me retrieve and for all the avid riders out there they know how important a Gremlin bell is because it can only be givin to you. So thanks Action/Custom towing. Nice and friendly on the phone, and they arrived when they said they would. The driver was very polite and quickly got my car loaded and on it's way to the repair shop. They have a great feature where they automatically add their bill to the repair shop's bill so you can pay all at once.

I HAD CALLED A FEW LOCKSMITHS AND I WAS TOLD THEY WERE CLOSED OR THEY COULDN'T HELP. I FINALLY CALLED ANYTIME LOCKOUT SERVICE AND THEY CONTACTED ACTION TOWING TO COME OUT TO MY HOUSE WHICH IS WAY OUT IN THE BACK HALF OF CAMAS. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE AT LEAST 3 HRS AND I HAD SOMEWHERE TO BE, SO I WASN'T HAPPY. WITH IN 45 MINS OF MY CALL, THE TOW TRUCK WAS AT MY HOUSE AND MY VEHICLE WAS UNLOCKED. I HAD NO IDEA IT WAS SO DIFFICULT TO UNLOCK CARS THESE DAYS UNLESS YOU HAVE A SPECIAL TOOL. THE DRIVER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND FAST. HE EVEN TOLD ME THAT I COULD USE MY RECEIPT IF I HAD TOW INSURANCE SO I CAN BE REIMBURSED THE EXPENSE SINCE THEY ARE BOTH LOCKSMITH COMPANY AND TOW COMPANY.
