I went to this shop by the ratings here on Angie's list.  Went to the shop, no one in the front to wait on anyone, had to yell to get someone's attention.  Once I did, the guy took my order and told me it would be done on Monday (this was on a Friday) which I thought was great turn around time on something like that.  I wanted to pay before I left, but he told me not to worry about it and told me to bring cash (I had no idea there will businesses that operated on a cash only basis anymore) and I thought, okay I can do that.



Called Monday to no answer, called Tuesday to see if they were done and was told yes.  I asked the hours and was told the main guy leaves around "4ish".  I said okay when can I come get my screens then, got no real answer.   I was told to call to check later if someone would be there.  I called at 5pm and I was told, "well, I wont be back for an hour or so, not sure".  I said, "okay what are your hours so I may pick up my screens?"  He said "well, about 6:30am someone is here, just drop by before work."  What????  I have to go to work in the mornings, with no time to do that.  So, now I just have to guess when someone is there so I can get my screens for my house.



I cannot speak about the quality of the screens because I have no way or time to pick them up.  But I would not do business with Action Screens again. 

 Very quick, and easy

Took in 5 different sized screens for repair. Picked them up the same day. One was slightly loose so I brought it back and he fixed it while I waited.

It was excellent. I delivered these screens to the shop and they told me they would be ready the next day. They called me back two and a half hours later and told me they were done.

I WAS INITIALLY IMPRESSED WITH HIS PATIENCE ON THE PHONE WHEN HE WAS EXPLAINING TO ME HOW I SHOULD MEASURE THE SCREEN SIZE. I ORDERED THE SCREENS OVER THE PHONE AND HE HAD THEM READY FOR ME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SCREEN AND FELT I RECEIVED A GOOD VALUE FOR THE DOLLARS.
