Upon a recommendation from the housecleaner on March 17, I called Geoff that evening and asked if and when he would be available to clean our carpets (two large rooms downstairs, the stairway to the second floor, the second-floor hallway, and two bedrooms upstairs). He said he could come the very next day at 10 am. I was thrilled to get such quick service, and agreed to use his services.
He arrived early and got right to work. It took him maybe 2-1/2 hours, but when it was done the carpets looked brand new. He had worked diligently to get out dirt spots and clean spots where there had been cat accidents that had been previously cleaned. I was beyond thrilled with his work.
I asked how much to make the check for (as I had been so thrilled he could come so quickly, I had never asked what the cost would be, assuming the cost to be about $300). He quoted a price much much too low. I asked what would he normally charge and when he said $300, I was quite happy to pay that amount.
This guy is a miracle worker -- that carpet had been quite dirty and now it looked brand-spanking new!
