Concrete Leveling
He poured the slab while it was freezing and did not tarp it well enough. Now it is breaking off and I fear the whole thing did not set up correctly so there will be further problems. Had him out to fix it and he said I would have to pay him to pour another one and that we should have paid him more if we had wanted it done correctly. Absolutely floored. They are the worst. Hire anyone else.
