Absolute Heating was phenomenal in response and care of our family during a major heat crisis. The motor/blower on our HVAC went out and we were able to schedule a same day appointment. On arrival, our master technician, Martin Ramirez, was professional and extremely understanding. He showed expertise in quickly identifying the issue, as well as providing us education on how to keep the outside unit in better working order by cleaning around the coils. There was no upsale or high pressure behavior, but because of Martin's excellent customer service and knowledge we will be having our unit serviced every year by Absolute Heating from now on. BEFORE a crisis happens! We appreciated the kind and attentive service!

This company has performed recurring services for us, and every time they have come out to our place, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. The last instance was two weeks ago while my wife and I were on vacation. We left our 19 year old son Jake home alone since he is a student at Portland State. One evening, while we were on vacation, Jake called us in a panic because he heard a loud grinding sound coming from the furnace, and there was no cool air blowing in the house. He did not know what to do. I immediately texted Francisco from Absolute Heating and Cooling, explained the situation in a text, and he immediately texted my son Jake to make arrangements to come out to the house the next day. The next day, our son Jake let us know that Francisco had come out to the place, fixed the problem (it was a bad furnace motor that needed to be replaced), and that he would simply invoice us when we returned home from vacation. The fact that in less than 24 hours, in this busy climate, they came out and fixed our problem and trusted us enough to simply do the work without us paying them up front is unprecedented. They are one of a kind, and I recommend this company to anybody living in the Clark County, WA area who needs servicing on their heating and cooling systems.

Called Martin at 7pm on a Monday with the problem. He showed up on time (actually earlier than scheduled (he called) which was a plus since my husband took morning off to meet him!!) at 9am on Tuesday from Vancouver (I live in Beaverton) and fixed the issue right away. Super nice guy, reasonable price and very professional! Will totally use him again.

They had the motor with them and was in and out in about 15 mins. I now have A/C just in time for the 90 degree weather weekend! Fast, informative!

Since the compressor was replaced the unit is working like brand new and the thermostats fixed our problem of our units freezing. Now all of our units are functioning at top condition making our work at the restaurant so much better.
