Do NOT Recommend... I hired this roofer in 2020 for a roof replacement and he was great. I hired him this year to replace my fascia boards and it was one thing after another. He finally came over to finish the job after a month delay mid process and took my payment. Two days later I discovered that he had not replaced all the boards per our agreement and had actually told a lie when I asked about the broken board on the ground and whether we needed a replacement. I cancelled my payment and when I called to confront him on not completing the job, being fraudulent, and just an all round bad contractor, he gave me a list of excuses. He then said he would finish it and came over with a new board... a cracked board. He then said he would be over the next day and no showed no called. Overall... neither good work, nor good communication, nor good ethics or integrity. There are better roofers in the Oregon and WA area that will do good work for a good price without trying to take advantage of their clients. Truly unfortunate since I have been giving him glowing reviews and referrals for the last 3 years... not anymore.

There was a family emergency that evening so we were not able to come out that day, however we still offered to come and complete the work we were unable to do that evening, the following day. We take pride in our reputation, our workmanship and communication, it is unfortunate there was no mutual understanding that evening."

Tony was very responsive, polite, and easy to work with. We communicated mostly via text message. He provided a quote for repairing the roof due to a leak, and came back and put a tarp on it when our insurance company said they wanted to send an adjuster to look at it before any repair was done. Tony was also kind enough to take photos of the damaged area on his phone and forward them to me so I could give them to my insurance company. Tony and his team were able to completely repair the roof in an afternoon as soon as they had the green light to proceed with the work.

We had a short timeline to get the work done and Tony responded immediately. He did the work within a day and was very professional and personable. He kept in constant communication during the project and his prices were very reasonable. We will definitely consider Tony when we re-roof our house in the next couple years. Thanks Tony!

Pretty much everything about working with AAK was great. Tony responded to all questions quickly and completely. They were flexible with allowing us to choose shingle brand, skylight options, etc. During the project, they worked as long as there was daylight (shortened this time of year) and everyday the whole area was left clean as if they hadn't been there. I got many estimates for our re-roof, and these guys were the lowest of the estimates. We decided to drop the nonsense people tell you about "ignore the lowest and highest estimates", and I'm so glad we did. We're left with a great-looking, clean and warranted roof, and feel like we got a fair price as well.

The pricing was very fair, They were on time, they did what they say they would do. Everything that they did was excellent. The owner of the company was awesome and I would recommend them to anybody.

The two roofers were absolutely wonderful. I'd recommend them to everybody. I would hire them again. Reasonably priced.
