- Overall, a good experience..very friendly owner, good service and good costs - However, I do feel that the service could have been done on-time and done a bit thoroughly....I did get value for the amount I paid..however, the work itself was not top-notch. - Lack of adequate staff signals that the owner may have a challenge responding to requests on-time or that he is trying to cut costs and maximize margins. - The premises of his place and office/waiting area definitely need improvement and I suspect he will see good traction in business if he puts more of the proceeds of the business back into his business

I was very pleased.

Absolutely great. This is a one man operation. Since it takes approximately 5 hours for a complete detail, he closed shop for 1/2 hour and drove me to the Vancouver Mall, called me when my car was ready, then came and picked me up! Fast and efficient.

It was very smooth, they did what they said they would, and timely. Had an employee who was using her own car for business, and a client unexpectedly had an accident in the car. Needed the interior of the car to be detailed right away. He guesstimated the cost over the phone, was able to schedule us quickly and the cost was right on target. My employee was very pleased with the service, and said the car turned out great.

My husband dumped about half of two 16 oz mochas onto the passenger seat and floor while on an offramp. I knew that it needed to get cleaned up right away so I started on calling places with the phone book but didn't like that I was just randomly calling companies, some didn't even pickup! I checked Angie's and found A New Image, called them at 10:30, and he worked me in at 12:30 that same day and said that it would be finished by 4pm. He ended up removing the seat so he could really get it clean since it was milk. He pressure washed the floor mats and did the rest of the interior including wiping all the door insides down. He was done on time and the car looks brand new, hard to do since we have two kids! He was great to work with, friendly, and when we forgot to bring our check book (they only take cash or check) he let us walk away without paying. We payed in full two days later. All is well and I will DEFINITELY recommend him to everyone else. I LOVE getting into our car.

After reading the reports here on Angie's List, I decided to give this company a try. WOW! Doug told me to come by within 3 hours of calling and it would take 30 minutes. As promised, I was out of there in half an hour. Very personable and he did an excellent job!

Doug hung in there repeatedly...had to move the vehicle ''in and out'' each morning and night...after many, many phone calls and a great deal of frustration between the dealership and myself....Doug came through like a champion and completed the job very nicely. I would recommend his agency at any time.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND THEY FIT IT INTO THEIR SCHEDULE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY COMPLETED IT ON TIME.
