I have been using them for 8 months. The job goes very well. They are quick, they are thorough, they are on time, they do a really thorough and good job.

I have used Renee before. She was prompt thorough as usual. I am very pleased with her work. And I like giving work to a local good person.

FIRST OFF, AS MANY OF YOU KNOW, FINDING A NEW HOUSEKEEPER IS VERY HARD. WE INTERVIEWED 3 ANGIES LIST CHOICES. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH RENEE. WE TOLD HER SHE WAS OUR CHOICE. WE BOOKED AN APT. AND DETERMINED A FIRST CLEANING AMOUNT. OUR HOME HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN AWHILE, THEREFORE VERY DIRTY. RENEE BROUGHT ALONG PATTY TO HELP. WE LEFT THEM TO CLEAN, HOPING THEY WOULD DO A GOOD JOB. YOU JUST NEVER KNOW SOMETIMES. THIS TIME WE LUCKED OUT. WE CAME HOME AND I INSPECTED EVERYTHING. WITH 5 BEDROOMS AND 6 BATHROOMS FOR THEM TO CLEAN AND MUCH MORE, AS THE HOUSE IS BIG. THEY KNOCKED OUR SOCKS OFF. WHEN WE CAME HOME, IT SMELLED SO CLEAN. THE KITCHEN SHINED AS DID THE BATHROOMS. I THINK THEY USED A TOOTHBRUSH TO CLEAN THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN SINK DRAINS. I LOVE THIS KIND OF DETAIL. OUR MIRRORS ARE TALL, ALL DONE REALLY WELL. I FELT LIKE WHEN YOU ENTER A FINE RESORT ROOM, LIKE YOU ARE IN AWE OF HOW CLEAN EVERYTHING IS. THINGS LOOK SO PERFECT. THAT'S HOW I FELT WHEN I WALKED INTO THE HOUSE. ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU RENEE AND PATTY. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST FIND EVER. KEEP THE GOOD WORK UP AND YOUR BE OURS FOR A LONG TIME. WE JUST STARTED WITH THEM. THEY WILL DO THE HOUSE BI WEEKLY. I'LL LET YOU VIEWERS KNOW FROM TIME TO TIME HOW THEY ARE DOING. WE ARE THRILLED!

In one word awful. I would not recommend her to anyone. I was extremely disappointed because I had hired her after reading angies list reviews, perhaps they were her friends? Not only did she cancel and reschedule on me twice I felt that I was overcharged for the services provided. When I came back to inspect the house after she had left I found about 10 things that were not cleaned. The overall job was not very thorough, the floor was still grimy, the cupboards were not deep cleaned, knobs were sticky, windows had spots/streaks. basically all the details were missed. I called her the next day with my list of things that were not cleaned, she met me at the house and was very rude and discourteous. Instead of finishing the job properly she argued with me over details saying that she did in fact clean it. (there were still bugs on the light fixtures) I asked if she would just like to refund some money to me so that I felt I paid fairly and she refused and went on to say what she doesn't clean. For example I said I felt like the cupboards were not really deep cleaned and she responded with 'well i don't use abrasive cleaners' what I wanted to say was 'maybe you should put a little more elbow into it then :) or use a different cleaner' but I didn't. I will just leave this review and hope that no one else ends up hiring her. All in all a terrible experience. UPDATE: I did not ask for a freebie but simply asked for a refund of $20-$40 since I did not feel that the job was thorough and deep cleaned. This is a case of she said/she said. I do understand the house was dirty, the renters left it filthy. BUT we had to go back for an additional 8 hours of cleaning between my mom and I to finish the job before the new tenants could move in. Perhaps Renee's strong suit is maintenance cleaning and not deep cleaning. At any rate she provides a service for customers and the whole point is to make sure the customer is satisfied. If they are not then you either fix it or compromise. She did neither, she was not willing to give me a small refund and spent an additional 10 minutes of her time arguing with my mom and cleaning the missed cabinet. For the record my mom is a passive 60 year old woman who would never grab something from someone else, what kind of person would do that? I mean really. I simply expected more from the cleaning service and was not satisfied that is why I feel the review is valid.

Everything went very well.

I have been using her ever since I found her on the list. I like that she is very thorough prompt and she has a reasonable rate.

We spend $125 on that service. That service was perfect and she was wonderful. Rene herself came and we could not believe the detailing she did in the house. We are going to have her come on a regular basis. She was very friendly, very professional and she had just a nice personality. She is very nice to be around and anything we ask of her she would do it. The price was good because we did a lot of things we did not expect her to do and the house sparkled. We just could not recommend her highly enough to anybody.

Renee was very great about fitting me in, she knew that I was in a hurry and she called and told me she could fit me in a few days before I was scheduled. She worked hard and did a great job to clean the home to be ready to rent.

It went very smoothly.

When I called Rene it was a couple of weeks before Christmas. I knew it was short notice but I needed my house cleaned right away. Rene was able to make a place for me within a week. I told her I wanted an extremely detailed cleaning job. I normally clean my own house and have never had anyone I hired clean as detailed as I do when I deep clean. My house was probably dirtier than it has ever been and I was overwhelmed with all the Christmas preparations so I wanted help. I told Rene I wanted her to clean my house with the same attention to detail she would use if she were cleaning her own house. Oh, my gosh!!!! She did an awesome job. She wasn't finished on the day she came to clean (because my house was so dirty) so rather than just gloss over the kitchen she came back the next day and finished up. Everything was sparkling! I was so Happy I almost cried. The only reason I would hesitate to recommend Rene is, I don't want her to get so busy that she can't fit me in to her schedule. That is a very selfish reason so all I can say is I wholeheartedly recommend "Maid In Heaven". I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful, professional service as Rene provides.

Renee responded to my phone call the same day and was at my home that afternoon with a quote. She was very professional in her job and exceeded all expectations and price was in line with all the other quotes I received. I would recommend Renee and her services to anyone. -Warren

Renee was contacted for an estimate and came out the same day to take a look. Renee is personable and knows how to run a business. She is very organized, works diligently to get the job done in a timely manner and has great attention to detail. She is always asking for feedback as she wants a happy customer.

Renee was able to schedule a meeting to discuss her services the day I called, and do the cleaning within a week. She was prompt, clear about what she does and does not do, and what tasks would incur an additional charge (such as cleaning the interior of the refrigerator). She was upfront about the probability that the glass shower door stained with mineral deposits would not look like new with cleaning, despite her best efforts. On cleaning day she inserted her Ipod earphones and worked in an organized, efficient manner. I felt comfortable leaving the house for an hour or so, and was very pleased with the work she did. My white kitchen countertop and grout looked like new. Bathrooms were shining, mirrors sparkling. Everything looked spotless, dustless, and felt so clean, down to the baseboards, doorknobs and light switch plates. The quality of her work surpassed that of the other cleaning services I have used from time to time. In fact, she did such a great job that I decided to have her do maintenance cleaning every other week. I am happy to have found her. (She even organized my messy laundry room).

We were getting ready to sell the house and needed everything to sparkle and shine. Renee and Debra made it! They cleaned our glassssy microwave fan, oily glass range top, rusty-looking faucets, discoloring sinks and shower glass. They were also courteous and helpful in fitting us into their hectic schedule. They didn t even charge us any extra fees for working during a weekend.

We have used Maid in Heaven for three years. Rene Parker has always done an excellent cleaning job. You tell her what you want and she gets it done. She is personable, efficient and reliable. You can arrange extra cleaning services in advance; clean up before or after a party, or window cleaning. She is flexible and has often worked around our travel schedules to make sure we get the house cleaned. We use her cleaning service every two weeks.

Renee first came to my house and gave me a competitive quote. She was very prompt in returning my call, knowledgeable, energetic and was able to offer flexibility in her schedule to meet my needs. Renee cleaned my house from top to bottom! She was on time, very thorough and gave particular attention to detail. My bathrooms were sparkling clean and she even cleaned the light fixtures above the mirrors. Renee did a beautiful job on the kitchen and moved everything on the counters, cleaning behind my toaster, sugar and flour pots and even cleaned finger marks on light switches and door frames. She was able to work on short notice and saved me a lot of time and energy. I have utilized other housekeeping services, but Renee is a notch above the rest! I would definitely use her services again!
