A BETTER CUT GREG'S TREE SERVICE

Greg did a good job trimming back and shaping all three lilac bushes. All three of the bushes now have new growth and are looking good. He and his helper did a good job of cleaning up. I would recommend Greg.

I regret ever talking to this character Greg.

Went well although they did have to come back to remove part of the stump that they did not get when work done originally. However, they came right back out, no questions asked and got what had been missed.

Greg came and gave us an estimate the same day, which was great. Work was done several weeks later. Happy with the results. We wanted all the wood cleared from our property and he said, "I know someone who will take it for free." Wood from the tree removal was piled on our decorative ivy and it took 3 weeks for the person to contact me to pick up the wood. He never showed on the day he said he would and I had to hire someone else to remove the wood. And our ivy patch died.

Greg's team got the job done. I was not home to witness their performance or punctuality but the job was done when he said it would be done.

Left a message and he returned our call the next day. Came by and gave us an estimate and told us it would be approximately 2 weeks as he needs to fit us into the schedule. A few days later he was able to work us into his schedule. He hauled it all away and left the area clean. They laid tarps down to not damage the plants below the trees as well as not to make marks in the ground.
We got to know Greg last year, as he was trimming trees for a neighbor. I went over and asked him about a leaning maple tree we have in our yard. After he was finished with the neighbor's trees he came over and took care of the tree on the spot! He really knows what he's doing and I will continue to call him for future jobs!

I contacted Greg when we had a tree split and fall. Half in the yard and the other on the house. This happened during our recent snow storm, with over a foot of snow.. He responded quickly, making sure the tree was removed from the house and helping too assess any home damage. Due to the snow conditions I was in no hurry to have the tee removed from the yard quickly.Once the snow thawed Greg was there making sure the tree and debris was removed. He even took the time to trim other tree branches that were broken or damaged and hidden from the fallen tree. The work was done quickly, I appreciate the detail he took in cleaning all debris from multiple trees. We also requested to have the stump ground. The wet muddy weather didn't hold him back.       

Fantastic! Out bid the others, quick to respond, and fast turn around for the actual job. Neighbors couldn't believe what a great job, for as little money! They cleaned everything up, and we will certainly use them again! We would rate higher than an "A" if we could!

Greg and his crew were great! When we first called to get an estimate, Greg arrived promptly the next day and we scheduled service for later in the week. His crew arrived on time and completed the job in 1 hour. Cleanup was great and the price was more than fair. Recommend them for any job and will definitely use them again in the future.

Greg removed a 4 foot stump from our back yard. He did a great job and he is really nice guy.

They were very quick and efficient

Chipped branches from 4 trees and hauled it away. They were very quick and thorough. Showed up when he said he was going to. Would use again.

I've been going back and forth with this person for probably 8 weeks. They were quick to come out and give me a quote but then the follow-up and trying to schedule the appointment was very difficult. I called him to schedule an appointment and he gave me a date. I asked him to call me before he came out because I wanted to be in the house when they're there. He said yes. We scheduled a date and he said that he'll try to squeeze me in on Friday but more likely it's going to be Monday. Friday and Monday came but I didn't hear from him. I called him and asked him if he was still coming out, he said that he couldn't even remember anything of whether he gave me a quote or talk to me to schedule it. That happened a couple of times with him scheduling and not coming. I was quite upset by the time we finally nailed something down. He's not very good at scheduling. He seemed a little unorganized. The work that he did was great. They did a really good job. There was a lack of follow-through.

Very well. He was on time, did  good job, and cleaned up well after himself.

He was very efficient. It was a one time deal. There wasn't much to say. He came out, did it and left. He was fast and knew what he was doing. He was very experienced. He eyeballs things and the tree goes when he wants within a couple of inches. The pricing was very good. You would be hard pressed to find anyone that knew more about what he was doing. He is pretty much a one man band. I would absolutely use him again.

They quoted a $1000  lower price difference than two other services.  They cleaned up after themselves and were finished in a day.

Really well. I called them when other estimates were out of our price range. They came within 24 hours to give an estimate, and within another 24 hours the trees were down and hauled away. They did a great job. One thing we appreciated was that they suggested we remove the landscape cloth in the area where the trees were removed, so they could also remove some of the tree roots when they ground the stumps. This meant they had to make a separate trip back, but it was a good suggestion for us.

Greg is the ultimate professional. He takes his work seriously and does a beautiful job. I would recommend him to anyone looking to keep their trees and shrubs neat and alive!
