They did not complete work. Once payment was received in full they stopped returning my calls/texts and actually hung up on me once. They installed sprinklers and did not install enough so the grass they put in does not get sufficient water. One sprinkler doesn't hit the grass at all but instead waters my fence. They did not wire to the sprinkler system which I did not find out until recently. They did not finish the barkdust or the rock that they said they would. I contacted them from November 2015-May 2016 to complete work. I was forced to communicate through one of their family members via Facebook since the owners wouldn't call me back. Not professional at all. Its unfortunate that they presented themselves and hardworking, moral people. I love employing small, family owned business but this was a very expensive lesson that I should have read the reviews a bit better. I now have to hire another landscaper to complete the work, fix the sprinkler issue, and lay the remaining rock and barkdust that I have already paid them for. I assume they don't have much experience with landscape work and their experience is with tree service. I gave them MONTHS to correct the issue and they did not. I have to advise you NOT to use this company.
