I was contacted shortly after emailing what I wanted through Angie's List and set up a meeting to review the scope of the job and the costs.  It was readily obvious that he had extensive experience with roofing of all types and the vulnerabilities of various roof designs.  He quickly pointed out how some of my small ceiling water stains came from, basically from the construction methods.
For the roof cleaning day, he showed up promptly and worked continuously over the next 8+ hours to complete the job.  He protected the landscaping with tarp to collect moss and hauled all the debris away.  The siding and windows were all rinsed off, concrete pathways, bushes, etc. were all clean.
In the follow-up he showed where the flashing required adhesive to be re-attached (on a dry day in the Spring), pointed out some rotting wood at one corner of the house (will need a contractor for this job), and a few tiles with chipped corners.  
I thought he did a great job at a reasonable price and will use him again in the future.

He did a great job and cleaned up all the mess. He was also very affordable for such excellent work and a really personable guy as well.

Our HOA set us a letter stating that our roof need to be cleaned (we just bought the house). The roof did not look like it need to be cleaned to me.  The seller may have had the work done before the sell but after the HOA inspection. We asked the owner of this business to come take a look. He did an inspection and informed us there was no work the needed to be done. We were really appreciative of the fact that he came out and took a look.

Wayne was punctual and thorough.  We have used his services in the past and will definitely use him again.

The owner was very prompt in getting back in touch from an Angie's List contact.  He was very personable and explained what he would do.  He did a thorough job.  There were a few places where the rinse (using the pressure washer, I think, on a low setting) had poppped the aluminum siding and a panel of the garage door.  Hence the "B" instead of an "A," but I'm a tough grader.  The owner cleaned up afterwards and hauled away the debris.  We would use this company again.

Wayne knows what needs to be done for your project! When I explained we were going to put our house up for sale, he explained what should be done to the roof for cleaning and facilitation the inspection that would be needed. He is very careful about your property and we went around the house as he showed me what ornamental items etc. should be moved for the pressure washing. He tarped certain areas as he washed to make sure garden areas were not affected which we really appreciated. His attention to detail, the way he took care of his equipment and the incredible job he did really helped us in being positively recommending his work to anyone. Although we did not check out the prices of other vendors in our area, from the people we have talked to about Wayne, they have remarked that he didn't excellent work for a very good price.

Wayne was on time, professional, and good quality.  His price for our particular home was far better than the "Angie's $99 for roof cleaning."  Wayne was neat in his work, thorough, and careful.  He cleaned up leaves that had blown on the ground.  I consider his services to be of very good value.  For me that means quality work at a comparatively fair price.   I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants a clean roof and one that is free of moss.  Wayne is a good man!

Everythign was excellent. He did it all for under $200, and he came back in the Fall free of charge to make sure everything was good.

I was really happy with him.  He showed up on time, finished on time, his price was reasonable and he did a good job.

While Wayne was a little awkward and abrupt to deal with on the phone, I decided to hire him because of his very reasonable prices. (as a side note we had gotten quotes from a few other places and they were going to charge us anywhere from $500 - $800 whereas Wayne quoted us about $250).
Wayne did an excellent job of pressure washing our house!  The house is sparkling clean and our sidewalks are gleaming.  He got the job done in a really timely manner.  We are very happy with the quality of the work he performed.
So even though he's not the most personable person, he is very good at his job and provides quality work at a great value.  I would definitely hire him in the future and would recommend him.

The driveway turned out great and is looking the best it has ever looked. He was cautious about the water draining down and made sure it did not go into my neighbors driveway. He did an excellent job.

Wayne responded quickly to my search and made an appointment to do the estimate the next day. He was hired on the spot and did the work right then. He was very thorough and did a fine job. I will be calling him next time I need this done.
