Good job done on time

They did a fantastic job, putting down a very thick and durable seal coat. This is our second time working with them. We will hire them again next time. They are excellent.

All went well... even better than expected as some areas required extra attention which the crew took the time to repair.

Craig delivered everything he promised and was very professional in all respects. He worked us into his schedule and his employees were very respectful of our house and the work being done. I will use him again in the future.

Craig came and gave estimate same day I called, then did the work three days later.  Excellent job, and less expensive than last time I had this done. 

The job was flawless from start to finish.  Craig estimated the job himself, then came out to meet with our team to go over the timeline of the job and help us think about how to minimize the disruption to our residents and vendors.  He showed up early to start the job, then stuck to the timeline.  We couldn't be happier with the results.

Job was done in a satisfactory manner  and on time. Crew was professional and clean. Left a traffic cone behind and had to be reminded four times to come and pick it up.

Our lot had fifteen years without any maintenance so I did not expect a miracle. Was disappointed that the first coat was not squeegeed down, could see dry old pavement through  the first sprayed on coat in spots, so technically it was not a "coat", the reason given was that it was getting late in the day. The amount of material put down is very important.
Looking at the job two weeks later that the material has shrunk and the hair line cracks are appearing  where the original larger cracks were. The quality of the product used is important.
I'm thinking it was a good job.

Craig was prompt with estimate that had to be updated a year later.  With it being a private street there are a lot of personalities to coordinate.  Craig was friendly, understanding and supportive of situation.  His priice was the best by a long shot.  He was responsive and his team was here within a couple of days to catch a window of timing (heat is a good thing for this type of project).  My neighbors and I are very happy with the work, the timeliness and the price.  I would recommend Craig and his crew to anyone needing sealing work for roads or driveways.  I am keeping his card!

We had a great experience. Soon after we called Craig, he came out, measured, and got back to us with an estimate, which was far lower than the estimates offered by the other two firms we had called due to their numerous good reviews here on Angie's List. His guy did a great job and gave us some advice on how to keep the surface in good shape. Both he and Craig were very friendly, professional, and responsive. We look forward to doing business with them agian in three years.

Provider was on time, work crew was professional, owner personally inspect project progress at least twice, owner contacted me regarding my assessment of the work in progress.  When project was finished owner visited the work site and asked my opinion about the quality of the job.  I was impressed with the work and personal interested of the owner to insure the quality of finished job.

Craig Anderson and his crew (Mike particularly) provided a great service to us in doing what ended up being a double layer of sealcoating to a 400-spot parking lot surrounding our office building in Vancouver.
After receiving bids from other providers, I was drawn to ABC as I learned of other work they were doing in nearby businesses.  Their prices and product beat the other competitors and I couldn't be more pleased.  Craig is a good professional who employs quality people.
The work was done on dates convenient to our employees and calendar, and came back promptly to take care of a very few things such as some paint work on handicap parking stalls.
Almost a year later, the sealcoating has remained solid, unlike other years of sealcoating in our 17 years of being in this location.  We have always had to have companies come back to seal cracks where it did not hold.

They came on time and the work seemed to be okay at the time, but it hasn't worn well. It's falling apart. The surface is eating away and it's only been 2 years. I would have thought it would have lasted longer.

Called ABC Seal Coating, Craig, from Angies List and he met me for a estimate.  Arranged for the line painter to be there also.  They waited for a break for the wether then prepared and applied the seal coat.  There was a mistake in lines for the 6 spaces at one site.  Craig had the parking line painter meet me the day after I called him and that day they corrected the error that very day.

He did a good job, however I was hoping he would fill in some of the larger cracks! He however did a satisfactory job.
