Upon moving furniture in a downstairs bedroom, we discovered a wet, moldy wall, I contacted three 360 plumbing and Ed was able to fit me in immediately, locate and repair the leak, all in one trip. He was efficient, conscientious, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.

I've had the hardest time getting a plumber to even return my calls or schedule a job after giving me an estimate. Eduardo returned my call the same day, then came to see the job and gave me an estimate the next morning.He scheduled the job within a few days. He was prompt, professional and quick. It was an installation of a bathroom in my shop and required trenching and breaking a concrete floor. He and his crew did the trenching and laying of pipe and install in the floor in a 5-hour day then he returned and connected all of my fixtures on a second day and the job was done. My new mini water heater had a leak and I called and Eduardo came right out the next morning to tighten it all up. He is a pleasant and professional man to do business with and I highly recommend his company!

Eddie was very prompt in giving us a quote in writing. None of the other contractors we contacted did that. He took out our old shower and installed a new one that we had already purchased. He was extremely patient when he discovered our new shower had a crack (from shipping) and he had to wait an entire month to finish the job. The gentlemen that did the drywall were very professional. Our new shower looks wonderful and we are very happy with his work and would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him.

Although it took him awhile to respond after the initial call, once he set the date & time it only took him about 1.5 hours to finish the install. I appreciated that he was here on time & was done in a short period of time. They also cleaned up the debris from the installation. Before he installed the water heater I had him inspect my toilet which he promptly fixed. He also checked my faucet but he had to get the part before he could fix it. I told him it was ok to fix when he came by to install the water heater so he did.

360 was able to advise me over the phone. They were very helpful.
