I scheduled an appointment over the phone, and was given an estimate based on the items that I needed to have removed-- some old sliding glass doors and other construction debris. I had a $20. newspaper coupon. The workmen arrived earlier than I expected them, but it was not a great inconvenience. After I showed them my items, they gave me an on-site estimate that was higher than I was originally quoted. However, when I explained that I hoped to keep the total below $150. and asked them to tell me which items they would be able to take, they said that they could probably manage everything for that amount, plus the coupon. I felt that their prices were pretty high, but was very pleased with their efficiency and thoroughness, and was glad that we could work out a deal.
