Without A Trace

I am very impressed with this company, there are no brick and mortar reweaving shops in the Seattle area anymore so I was afraid I would not be able to repair this sweater.  The cashmere sweater was a $700 sweater I found at a second hand store for $5 due to having three small holes in front of the sweater.  I decided it was worth the gamble and gave it a shot.  I cannot find the two smaller hole repairs, they are compeltly invisable.  The larger hole has a slight bump at the site of the repair but I think that will go away as it is worn.  The sweater was black so the color was not hard to match but for the record, it is the exact same black.  I am extremely pleased and now that I know this is an option, I will return to them again for sweater repairs.  They also say they can repair moth holes in suits, I am going to give that a try with a wool overcoat that needs repairing.   The only decrease in point is in responsiveness, it is not possible to get a quote before you send in your garment so I had to incur shipping charges first, but it wasn't much and they did call with a bid before doing the work.  I would have liked it if they had been willing to give a loose estimate by photo before I shipped the garment.
