Top Hat Chimney

It was an odd size so they couldn't come out with just a commercial cap. They had to manufacture it. They were punctual, did a marvelous job and they have the chimney cap constructed. They were out within 72 hours. Now we have a stainless steel chimney cap. The price was far less than what I expected. I would recommend them again. We sued them because somebody left a business card. They put on clean coveralls on the porch and shoe booties. Everything was all cleared and clean. They made sure they encapsulated they front of the fireplace when they did the cleaning. It was all done on a vacuum system. There wasn't any residual soot whatsoever. They did a marvelous job. They got in and visually with a high intensity light, inspected everything. They identified the chimney cap problem. I knew that that was there, I just didn't realize how bad it truly was. When the guy takes a ballpoint pen and starts tapping on the top and chunks start falling out, it was just humidity holding those pieces in. We still have their business card.

The cleaners came out and did a very good job of cleaning both my chimneys and ducts. They had more than one person working at a time so it was done quickly. They also were happy to answer any questions I have about a new fireplace while they were there.

Their service is excellent.

They were great. They came on time and was very nice. He paid a lot of attention to cleanliness. He was very knowledgable and professional. We are planning on using him again.

We haven't had a need to start a fire yet but we'll see soon! They did a marvelous job. They completed work ahead of time. Price was excellent.
