Called to have our gas fireplace insert cleaned and services. They are usually busy but was lucky to have a sort wait. We have used them several previous times and the service is tops, reliable and friendly. They even made a small custom adjustment that helped the pilot be reliable. Highly recommended.

The cost includes the cost of the valve.
I contacted Milo to explore getting the valve installed. Although we are in a systemically active area the valves are not required. He investigated, chose a valve and installed in the same week. The configuration of the house and gas meter made installation straightforward. He relit the pilot on the water heater and gas fireplace.
They also offer Handyman services and that same afternoon two men from his crew brushed the moss off our roof and cleaned the gutters. Very happy with the results. The cost was very reasonable.
Milo has worked on our gas fireplace in the past, he is prompt, professional and is the only one we call for gas appliance issues.
I am excited about the handyman services. He is bonded, licensed and insured.
