When I woke in the morning I could hear that the sump pump was not working correctly. I called a couple other providers first. One told me that the first appt they had available was in February and the other would not come to look at a sump pump that they did not install. (The sump pump was in the crawl space when I moved in. I had no idea who had installed it.) Rotorooter said they could come that morning and the technician (Eli) did. The old pump was inspected, the technician rec a new pump, I agreed, he went to get one and installed it right away. The new pump is very quiet and I am very pleased with Rotorooter's service!
