Do you need a GOOD excavator operator?  This is your guy.  Fast (I mean FAST), reasonable, easy to work with, honest,  professional and a really NICE guy to top it off.  Randy worked at our place (several acres)  for two days and when he was done it looked like a golf course without the grass of course.   He was able to pull huge stumps, smooth uneven ground (no need for a cat here), and hide all of our brush.    He knew what we wanted before we did and did things that we didn't know we wanted until we saw them.   He was consistently organized and skillful in everything he did.   He shows up early does not waste time.  He knows what the equipment is capable of; no danger of any accidents here.   He's very careful and skilled at working in critical areas, tight or sloped ground.  I've had over 40 some years of hiring operators to do this job or that and I know when I'm watching a good one.  Randy Hornbeck provides that old school quality of a job well done and he really is a genuine master of the art.
