It went beautifully. My wife and I were out of town when our water heater broke, and our children contacted him through our insurance company. He was very professional over the phone, going into details about what would be needed, how to deal through the insurance company for coverage, and most importantly, pointing out much the first plumber sent by the insurance company was wrong about how to install a new electric heater, what parts would be needed, and how much it would cost.. When we finally got home, and dealt with him personally, we were impressed by how professional he was, how knowledgeable he was, how punctual he was, how much he really was concerned about my wife (a disabled veteran) needing hot water, and how experienced he was with dealing with the insurance company. We chose him to put in the new tank, and left all the details with him. He not only chose a name brand, he also put on a new insulating blanket, new insulation on the pipes, and got the insurance company to speed up processing.
