Northwest Led Lighting

It all went great today. 

We are completely impressed with NW LED.  We have used NW LED numerous times, from 2012 onward.  The work included doing under counter lighting when our kitchen was remodeled.  He also installed overhead LED lights in most of our first floor, and he did landscape lighting at the front of our home.  Randy King has personally done the work, quickly and efficiently.  We did however have parts fail, and this was when he really showed his worth by offering various alternatives and installing an improved product, all under warranty.  No questions asked.  This has been true when bulbs failed outside, too.

The slightly lower grade for punctuality derives from the fact he's a very busy fellow, and he he services many people, sometimes impacting his ability to get out to you when you'd like.  This is only a minor inconvenience to me given the non-critical nature of the problems.

He was at our home as and when needed during our remodel in 2012.

Randy came to our home when we were in the planning stage and explained what he needed to get us an estimate of the cost of the project and later to do the work.  He came with samples so we could choose the type of diffuser we wanted over the LED strips that were in the cabinet and under the cabinet.  He also brought sample bulbs to consider for the kitchen cans.  We made sure to match the color temperature with all the various lights.  The under and in cabinet strips were so easy that I am sure it saved me on the electrician's cost to install.  They look much better than just tacked up strips with all the little dots reflecting off the backsplash as other lighting companies proposed.
