They're terrific from an service point of view. I think they are terrific. I don't know the price. I sent out to a number of firm, to get a new heater. If you can think about it, get the air conditioner. Everyone came in at six, seven, or eight thousand bucks. I called them up, and they said they are doing the air conditioner also. The other guys were just going to do the heater. They do quality, they have been around, and have great reputation in town. They are very responsive to my needs. They're servicing my machines they put in, so I guess I will use them.

I had a different scheme in mind and the plumber came in and said, "you're wasting your money if you do it this way, you should do it this way", and I said, "Wow! That's great! I didn't even think of that!"

Their price is pretty competitive. They charge half an hour to come out and then whatever the repair is plus parts. Doing as small plumbing job is about $120. Then we've used them for some more large rehabilitation work, where you're talking about $8000.00, but you're talking about changing the toilet, the sink, tubs, and all that stuff. I had an interesting exercise with them two years ago, we put in a whole new heating system (HVAC) in this house with another company, and it was a high efficiency heat unit. They pump off a lot of condensate water that has to be removed and it goes outside the building in a drain. In this case, we had Jefferson put in a unique drain system that pumps it into the main sewer line.That way I didn't have to screw up the footings and the floor. Before, I had the old system, it didn't pump out as much water. When you put in these high efficiency units, they generate more condensate water, particularly the A/C.
