MY ROLL OFF DUMPSTER RENTAL AND DEMOLITION

I was very unhappy with Roll-Off
1) The dumpster damaged my driveway. Being professionals they should have told me there was such a risk when the dumpster was delivered and I would have left it in the street instead. When I complained by sending pictures of the damaged driveway they did not even bothered to respond.
2) I was charged extra for additional weight. Nothing wrong, they had told me when I ordered the price for any additional Ton. The problem is that they also charged an extra fee that I was not aware of, saying the driver had to stay longer to load the container due to its weight. I was not aware of that fee. Then they sent me a paper I had signed on delivery of the container mentioning this fee. However, I had signed but not received a copy of that paper and I did not read all the details at the time of delivery. In fact there were very precise instructions on how an extra weight would be managed, but I was just left unaware. When I complained they claimed I had received a copy of the paper which was not true. When I expressed my frustration at the service they did not agree to do anything. I find it quite unprofessional to leave the customer unaware of some important provisions in the contract. 

Excellent....all done as promised!

I called 1-800-Dump-Junk as it says on the side of the dumpster to request pick up.  They never explained to me that it was actually sub contracted out to Dumpster Central.  The times I called this company, they were rude.  I must say, the dumpster is still in front of my home on a commonly used street in Baltimore City.  I have requested pickup since the 13th of September and still today on the 25th it has not been picked up.  This is absolutely unnecessary behavior.  I fully suggest you never use this company.

Overall good. They did not drop off on the intial date because they had a breakdown. Delivered and picked up the following week as promised
