Great experience using Kris for a buyer's home inspection.

Wade was awesome, so professional, helpful, timely and knowledgeable about home building and so reasonably priced. Got a quick turnaround on our report and advice on corrective items. Couldn't ask for more.

We hired Wade on the recommendation of my realtor-brother, John McKenna, who hires Wade for any inspection he can get him for and I see why. Wade was thorough and extremely efficient. My husband tagged along, grilling Wade on everything and said, "Wade made me feel like he had all day to answer my stupid questions." His demeanor is both easy-going and professional and he manages to be personable while also staying totally focussed on task. His 32-page inspection arrived within 24 hours and was filled with images to explain every note. He was on time and the inspection took 2-1/2 hours. Full disclosure: After Wade had already completed his inspection, he told me that I received a $50 family discount because of my brother, (which I did not expect) so I ended up paying $350 instead of the normal $400. This did not effect my review either way.

Wade has done 6 inspections for us.  He is about to do number 7.  We were referred to him over five years ago. Now we were searching for a new home and he is VERY detailed.   He is very professional and takes his time and goes through everything from the roof, attic down to the crawl spaces.  We couldn't be more pleased with anyone. His reports are wonderful and make it so you can make an educated decision to purchase or not. We can't say enough good things about Wade.
