Jim?s work was
familiar to us long before we hired him to renovate the bathroom on our 1928
Craftsman Fantasy home . His exceptional work first came to our attention when
he was hired to do a major restoration on the Cunningham house, historic
mansion down the street. The results were outstanding and so impressive it was
later used as a set for the early 20th century period feature, The
Basket.
 While Jim certainly would have been our first choice to
tackle our bathroom; initially, we believed that the price he must charge for
such high quality work would place his services beyond our budget.
 Then, we learned from a friend, who had hired Jim to do a
major renovation, that his prices were very competitive. After giving us a firm
bid that was well within our means Jim and his crew set to work totally
restoring our bathroom.
 
The experience from beginning to end proved far less
stressful than we expected. Most of this is due to Jim?s professionalism. He
and his men always showed up when the said they would, completed each stage of
the project on time and, above all, cleaned up after themselves leaving the
place in as good a shape as when they started.
