Chad communicated very well through email and phone calls. He showed up on time and proceeded to measure the square footage of the unit. He came prepared with a floor plan that he obtained from the county. He spent a lot of time gathering the information that he need to make his assessment of a value of the property. When I received my appraisal, he had compared it to 5 other units in the area and came up with what I thought was a very fair and reasonable amount that the property was worth. Money well spent.
