Jess' Cleaning Service

It went well enough while he worked here.  He did good work. I told him that he should not come back at the time as we had just discovered we had bedbugs and were in crisis mode - trying to find help in handling the situation.  He said that we should have a good cleaning. 
He told me when he started working for me (referred by AAA as local cleaner with out of state - as it turned out - company) that he and his girlfriend had "had" bedbugs (conversationally, not in disclosing his contact.)  I had never heard of the real situation so his problem seemed abstract and his steps to get rid of them (bug bombs) seemed perfectly plausible. 
Later I learned the real story of difficult and expensive (thousands!) eradication and just want to forget that we still have no proof where they came from. But given any possibility and the expensive nightmare, I don't want to refer this person to the people on Angie's List.  I thought I made this clear by simply retracting my reference.

Jess came while I was working on the computer, so I was aware of him in the house.  This was his third time cleaning my house.  He is just starting his own business, so I suspect he will soon be in a position to be charging more.  Right now he is doing every bit as much and well as others I have had in the past who charged double the amount.  My biggest gauge is how shiny the sink is.  He does great!  He likes to have an idea of what you want done. 
He is honest and trustworthy.  I would easily trust him with a key, if I were not here. When stuck in traffic he called to let me know how long he would be.  He has helped move very heavy cabinets and organized space in the garage to store them until they are returned to the laundry room.
