Very few people do oil anymore, he does. I have their number, I would definitely use them again.

Jake showed up during the stated window of time. Got right to work, was personable and professional. In and out in about 30 minutes. Price was fair for work completed and we're set for another few years! Also gave me a good tip about preventing possible clogs in the oil line.

Jake has repaired and serviced my furnace approximately three times. The last visit was in December, 2012. He always comes himself and does the work. He shows up at the agreed upon time and really knows his stuff. He is also a very personable guy. The last visit was because I had water coming out of my gas furnace. It was a silly problem and one I could have fixed myself if I had just opened the little door on the furnace. There was a drain hose that had come loose causing water to leak out. It also caused the filter to become water soaked. Jake hooked up the drain hose and installed a new filter. It was a very quick fix.....next time I will investigate a little before calling for help. However, I was glad I knew who to call.

Jake arrived as scheduled. He checked the furnace, found and fixed the issue and performed the yearly service check. He checked our electronic air filter and advised on how to clean between service calls. He advised on how to check the diagnostic codes for future references. Jake was very professional, friendly and performed the work in a timely manner. We have already referred him to another friend who needed furnace service. We will definitely use / refer him again.

After being told by another service provider that the furnace needed to be replaced, Jake's came and repaired the malfunctioning unit.

He has been coming since 2007, and the work has been good so far. He comes and replaces what needs to be replaced, checks the nozzle and puts new filters in. He makes sure everything is working properly. He comes out on a yearly basis, but he also comes out when there is a problem, like if the furnace starts making noises for example. He is nice, and his price is fine. The service costs anywhere between $85 and $135, and he sends a card in the mail in the middle of summer; he usually comes in and does it for a $99 special. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future.

They are reliable, professional, honest and provided a tune up on the furnace when the furnace would not turn on. They went beyond the call of duty in providing a tune up along with a repair!
