Jackie'S Kryptonite Movers

This was a horrible experience. He and his crew were supposed to come Sunday morning at 8am. At 9am he texted me that they were running late. At 10 am he texted me the moving truck was having engine trouble and that it would be another hour. at 11:30 he still hadn't come and wasn't answering calls. At noon he calls and says they are broken down on the freeway but he thinks he can still make it. Finally at 2pm I tell him it is too late to start moving that day and so we rescheduled for the next day at 8am. Well the next day came and he was an hour late and had a very small truck to move all my stuff. We did manage to get it all in the truck but my grandma's dresser top was damaged. We got to Richland just fine in a reasonable amount of time. I followed the truck in my own car. We unloaded everything and then he was to take back a china hutch to Kirkland to drop off at my daughters house. he and his crew loaded the china hutch and took off. He arrived at my daughters house and they dropped the china hutch while moving it in to her house which broke the glass and the mirrors. Damon said he was sorry and he took measurements to get replacement glass and mirror for the hutch. Damon has been telling us now for 4 weeks that he was going to bring the new pieces of glass and mirror over to replace the broken areas but has never followed thru. I asked him to refund us $100 to allow us to get the hutch repaired and he has not done that either. I would never recommend this company, he is terrible.
