It was a NIGHTMARE- literally. She asked if she could take our dogs to her house so she could drink and not worry about driving to let them out. I said okay. Our dogs do not have potty training issues unless they aren't let out for a long time. So, apparently Heather got back from the bar to a big mess in her house. She called me in a drunken rage over 10 times between 3am and 5, and sent lots of nasty texts, the gist of which was that she was "done" with my (insert many swear words here) dogs and would "dump them at the animal shelter the split second I'm sober enough to drive." I was afraid for my animals, and afraid not to answer when she kept calling to yell at me. She apparently had a friend return the dogs to my house at 5:30 am (giving my key code to this person) and continued with the nasty texts. Dogs are safe, my family mightily inconvenienced and my key codes changed. I feel betrayed by someone I had trusted with my dogs, house and kids.
