If you are looking for a reliable, honest, repairman for your household needs, look no further. Rob arrived a day or two after my initial call to inspect the projects, and let me know that he was very busy but would try to work me into his schedule within a week or two. As it was not an emergency, I agreed that was fine. I had previously talked to two other individuals who had advertised repair/handyman services on Craigslist and they were way overpriced as well as being shifty looking. You can just tell when meeting Rob for the first time that he is honest and will do a good job for a fair price.
He came out within the promised two-week window, took care of both projects with care and efficiency, and also fixed a minor problem with a ceiling light fixture without extra charge. He also gave me some helpful, money-saving advice for dealing with a moss problem on my roof. When I noticed a minor issue with the garbage disposal installation after he left, he returned promptly to take care of the problem.
If you are in a huge rush to have an emergency repair done, you may wish to call someone else. He is so good that he is very busy, but if you are willing to wait you won't be disappointed. I've put his phone number on my speed dial!
