GILKES HOME IMPROVEMENT

This was a tricky job in that we needed to maximize the counter and cabinet space in a tiny kitchen (basement apartment). I selected the cabinets and countertop, given Robert's measurements and had the materials delivered. Robert installed them beautifully and custom fit the counter top. One minor glitch on my end was that I didn't realize cabinets usually come assembled, which is how Robert bid the project and these were unassembled which added time to the project. Robert responded to the glitch with good humor and we worked out a price adjustment for the increased time involved. Robert was a pleasure to work with, always responsive to any phone calls regarding questions about the project or scheduling. He completed work within a few days as promised, to my satisfaction and within my budget. Robert has a Caribbean accent which may be a bit difficult to follow over the phone, but not in person, don't let this discourage you from contacting him, he does a great job.
