Mike came out and advised us of things that we could do to help the problem and gave us separate bids for each thing if we wanted him to do everything. My husband dug out and installed the french drains which he recommended, which although time-consuming was extremely cheap to do ourselves. We hired Mike to repair and seal the concrete wall. He has been out a few times since he first sealed it to check how the repair is holding. Very impressed with Mike Holden.
