Chris Wolfe (owner) was recommended by my realtor. I am selling the house and wanted to have some stains removed from the carpet. The carpet is almost 15 yr old. Kirby vacuum cleaners had cleaned the carpet on their free pro-mo deal about 18 months ago or so and several big spots showed up after they left. I explained what all the stains were to the 1st technician and he treated them. The carpet took 24 hr to dry. Faint splotches of "brown" stain appeared in several areas - not the ones that were there previously. I was told it had something to do with the way Kirby cleaned the carpet and the Ph. Chris sent out another technician who spent about 15 minutes cleaning the carpet again and this time we put several fans on it to dry faster.
The carpet looks better, but the brown spots are still there. I don't have time to have them come out to clean again, and I am sure that soon, neither I nor anyone else will see the discoloration. Chris said he knew how to remove the "brown" spots and I am sure that he would have persisted in rectifying the situation. The goal was to clean the carpet (which they did twice) and remove the original obvious spots. They did both.
They were nice to work with, were careful of the house, and were prompt and efficient.
I regret that a B rating will turn some people away. This is a reputable, competent, professional company that stands by their work.

The work covered 4 rooms in general "traffic" areas and 1 living room couch. Each area was spot treated and thoroughly cleaned.
I noticed later that each room dried out much quicker, making it easy to put any moved furniture back in place.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

Then this past weekend, one of our cats urinated on our new couch. After a failed attempt to clean the cushions ourselves, we immediately called Wolfe's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. Chris explained that he could not guarantee his technician would be able to get the odor out, but they would do their best. I really appreciated that kind of honest. We were quoted a very fair price over the phone--again sight unseen. We made an appointment for Monday, and again, Orion (technician) was prompt. Orion explained the work he was doing to my husband, again using an enzyme treatment, and told him the results could be "smelled" once with cushions were dry. I am very pleased with the work! The odor is nearly unrecognizable! And if you know cats, that is no easy task. And, we paid exactly what we were quoted over the phone.
I will definitely be using Wolfe's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning again!

The day of the cleaning, Orion arrived on time and was done quickly (it definitely helped to have the house vacant). The carpet looked great and Orion was very personable.
After the cleaning, I immediately closed up the house and left. When I returned the following day the carbon monoxide alarm was going off. I opened doors and windows to let it air out. Later contacted Chris to see if there was any chemical in the carpet cleaning solution that would have caused an alarm, but he assured me there was not. We surmised it may have been a result of me propping open the laundry room door to clean and leaving the garage door open (at the same time the carpet was being cleaned), so it could have been exhaust from the equipment running in the truck. Lesson learned!
