Easy to set up appointment, Initial estimate over the phone was within 4.00 of cost based on actual measurement called before scheduled arrival and gave option of original schedule or a earlier on if I proffered. Explained likely outcome for problem areas. Did a great job.

Orion knocked on the door. When we opened it Orion was smiling and introduced himself (very polite man) He inquired about our needs which spurred our trust. Suggested the use of fans for promotion of drying. Did an excellent job.

We found one other cleaner who was a little cheaper for what we needed but went with Wolfe's because the gentleman on the phone was very nice and sounded knowledgable. When the technician arrived he was very punctual, polite, and professional. When I looked at the carpet the next morning, there were 2 spots on the floor. They were the 2 spots which were treated for dog urine (I have Great Danes!). They came out a few hours after I called to look at them. They came out the following morning and cleaned the entire room again. They were very polite and quick about getting rid of the spots. I will continue using Wofle's because I know they will make sure my carpet is absolutely spotless everyone they come out.
