He brought a certain level of professionalism and made everything simple enough to understand. I feel like some bankers have a lot of training and some don't have any, and some only deal with specific things. West Side is very customer oriented and is very hands on. You can go see them and they will come see you if they have a service to offer, or if you are in a situation where you are trying to set up something like a home loan. They are always ready to help you. I have never been disappointed in what they've done for me. They are very responsive overall. They are very flexible in what they can do. They were able to fund my business when big banks wouldn't even consider it. They know that each business is unique, they have certain parameters, but they don't treat you like just another grain of sand. They are high customer service, and their only draw back is that they don't have a lot of branches. They did a nice job handling our home loan. It was a pleasant experience overall.
