The workers were prompt and courteous. They quickly initiated the project as efficiently as anyone who has cleaned our roofs. The results were outstanding and we would hire them again. The office staff was also efficient and it was a pleasure working with the entire company because we felt like very important clients and they worked very hard to please us.

Great communication from the owner. The team performed the work was efficient. We didn't want to replace our shake roof yet and while it wasn't cheap the work done was needed and it looks great. In fact, I didn't realize i hadn't finished this review -- it's a year later and the roof looks fabulous still. Our neighbors had their done years ago and it still looks great too.

This company did a great job. I had the roof repaired previously by other contractors and this company took the time to do it right. I have not had any problems since the repair. They also did a great job in cleaning the roof and gutters and left the overall area clean. I would definitely use them again.

rainier uses an extremely good cedar protection oil but charges a little too much for the shakes it installs.

Services included replacing a few boards, brightening, pressure washing, sanding and staining. Care was taken to cover the plants, hot tub and pond. Rainier Roof Restoration has the knowledge, expertise and highest quality products to achieve an outstanding result. It went very good. They worked like dogs, the roof is beautiful and they were on time. They were the only one of the 3 Angie's List shake roof repair/clean companies that didn't just do an estimate from google satellite pictures but they actually showed up within 24 hrs and went up on the roof and did their estimate from what they saw. As for the roof it looks wonderful and they are coming back to treat my roof with oil to preserve it this summer. I'd hire these guys again. They deployed tarps because roof grime gets everywhere. I'd advise you to pre-deploy your own tarps on anything super important. it is inherently a messy process and while they spent a fair bit of time covering, you know what is important to you best. My cost was largely determined by the number of shakes they had to replace.

I have been satisfied with the work. Especially glad to have had the shingles replaced. My roof needs to be replaced and the maintenance and repair has been useful while I take bids. I have used this co several times for roof and gutter cleaning. I do recommend Rainier Roof Restoration for roof maintenance and gutter cleaning.

Have been using Rainier to maintain my shake roof for the past 15 years. The way I think of it, I am gradually replacing the roof by replacing loose and worn shakes and treating the old ones with an oil based stain. All my neighbors have replaced their roofs at a cost of $15 - $20 thousand. Anthony comes to replace shakes and pressure washes every other year and treats with oil every four years. The cost has been averaging $1,200 but $2,400 when treated with oil. I have been pleased and my roof looks new.

They're an excellent company. It cost us a lot of money to have it fixed but they fixed it really well. They did a really good job. They were not inexpensive but they were very, very good. I was very pleased with their dedication and their work. We were happy even it cost us a lot of money. They fixed the problem. We were so impressed because not every roofing company is willing to work on our roof.

I have had Rainier treat the roof twice in the 20+ years I have lived here and it still looks new. Neighbors are now spending $35K - $50K to replace their roofs. Rainier uses a heavy oil and chemical based spray that was recommended by a Texas university and forest service agency that really works. Pricing is high but the bottom line is that it has saved money in the long run.
