Lani Fisher Homes

We met Lani Fisher just over 3 years ago when we were looking for our first house. We had been renting for a while and we were ready to buy a home. Just by happenstance we met Lani at the first house we looked at. We were supposed to meet someone else but they couldn’t make it and we met Lani instead. Right away we loved her attitude, honesty and personal style. We committed right then and there to use her as our agent. Lani was extremely patient with us (we looked at a TON of houses), and, after a while, we found the perfect home. Lani kicked butt when it came to the negotiation and we ended up buying the house at $15k BELOW asking price! She told us then that we were going to have a lot of equity in a few years and, she was absolutely right! Flash forward 3 years and we were ready to find a new house! So, of course, we asked Lani to be our agent. She had now built a team (Lani Fisher Homes) and now we would be selling and buying-a whole new experience for me and my wife! Lani’s team was fantastic! Right away they recommended what we needed to do to sell-stage the house, finish any unfinished projects, etc. As soon as we were ready she brought in a TOP NOTCH photographer who took excellent photos that really showcased our home. In the meantime, she and her team took us around to home after home as we looked for our next adventure. To be honest we jumped the gun and put an offer on a house before we had one on ours. Lani, wisely, pushed the closing date out as far as she could to allow us time to sell our home. The sale of our home was going to provide the down payment needed for the new home. So, the clock was ticking! We were very apprehensive because we had fallen in love with the new home and didn’t want to lose it. Lani assured us (many times!) that she would not let us down and that we would find a seller in time to make our dream happen. Needless to say, as the weeks started slipping buy and we had yet to have an offer, we were getting VERY nervous. Along the way, Lani’s team and specifically Cassi, would provide us with updates on how everything was moving along which helped curtail our anxious mood. They were also very quick to answer any questions we had, no matter the time of day. Lani’s team held several open houses to get interest up and, after the 2nd open house we found an interested buyer! Lani and her team were excellent and communicating what needed to happen and when. She also, by the way, was able to get us all the fixes we asked for at the new house and kept the fixes we needed to do at an acceptable level! And, once again, we are stepping into equity in our new home! We are EXTREMELY happy with the Lani Fisher Homes team and would recommend them to anyone who is buying, selling or both! In them you will find down to earth people who REALLY care about your needs, are focused on your goals and will do what it takes to make you happy and VERY satisfied!
