Bob of JB Ferguson's is great. He and his team do great work. They also gave us a better rate and offered more for that money than other companies. They cleaned my roof and gutters, trimmed overhanging branches, then cleaned up afterwards. They went the extra mile and cleared leaf and pinecone debris while they were at it. Bob is friendly, personable, and easy to work with. I'll use them again for future projects.

This company has caused me so much trouble. I requested lawn services in April 2018. They performed a Spring cleanup and did so according to my satisfaction. From that point, I requested bi-weekly services each month throughout October 2018. At first, everything was fine. Around June, I started having a hard time reaching the company and they would either not come on the dates provided. However, I did receive some email correspondence informing me each time regarding why, so that was okay. I figured maybe they were just busy and figured in the future, I'd be okay. The last time they came out to my house for services was in late July 2018. I paid them on time and in full each month as expected. It's now the end of September 2018 and they have not come out since. I called and left a voice message a week ago and never received a call back. I have not received any other communication. No email message, no text, nothing. My yard is now overgrown and it looks like I will have to find another company to perform a final cleanup in October since the season is almost over. I don't know what their problem is but I will never use their services again nor will do I refer them.

The job included washing docks at a marina. They proposed a method that addressed environmental concerns and protection of the boats. They did the job quickly, when and how they proposed. Excellent!

Respectful and on time

I was very happy with his service and how quickly he did it. he was good at keeping me informed on what was happening the whole time.

I asked them to cut an over grown lawn and some blackberry bushes. They saw three flower beds that needed cleaning and they did it without any additional charges. Bob understood my budget issues and gave me a bid that was affordable. He and his worker made sure that the property was free of debris after the job was completed. Bob gave me further recommendations of what I should do next to help maintain the lawn. The thing that I liked the best was that Bob did not use any pressure sales tactics to get me to agree to extra work.

I will use them again

These guys did an excellent job. We plan on using these guys for years to come. They were professional and covered all the details my wife wanted taken care of. One thing we learned in lawn care is you get what you pay for

These guys are meticulous. They did a wondeful job power washing my roof and were so detailed oriented it was impressive. They spent alot of time cleaning and doing a great job. I highlly recommend them. Great Job!

Communicated clearly - fast service

Considerate, professional, explained the project and what he needed to do. Used the bathroom but grabbed a mop and cleaned his foot prints from the kitchen floor after using the bathroom. It took a bit longer than expected and a bit more costly but I got a good job and a good attitude so didn't mind the price.,

His bid was the lowest, listed as four days, did the job in two and half days. They were very fast and courteous. Joe was very good, very efficient, easy to work with, it was awesome.
