This was by far the best service ever! We had a leak several years ago and used a different restoration company and Dirt Monster is now are go to! They were not only extremely quick to respond but they made us feel confident in them! From the moment they came through the door until the time they finished the job a few days later they were on top of it! Unlike the last company we used, Jim (the owner) constantly checked in on how the progress was going, kept us updated on what was going on. They did not take over or destroy the house! The area they worked in was very well kept, they picked up after them selves! Though I hope to never have a leak again, if I do they will be the only company I call!

I ran across DirtMonster on the net while looking for someone to clean the badly stained carpeting (parties and pets) after my renters moved out. Via the website I submitted a request to be contacted. I was not immediately contacted so I called someone else. Jim finally called me (twice) leaving very apologetic messages explaining he had a computer problem. Since I had already scheduled the work with someone else I ignored his calls. After cleaning the carpet looked good, but several days later the stains came back. I considered replacing the carpet but $1000 was more than I wanted to spend. Being desperate I called DirtMonster and asked if he could come look at it and see if there was anything he could do. Jim arrived within the hour. Jim did a careful inspection of the carpeting even pulling back a particularly bad section to inspect the backing and getting down on his hands and knees to smell it! During our conversation Jim explained the type of carpeting I had, the origin of his company, his unique product and how it works. Since he was only going to charge me his first time/introductory price of $98. I figured it was worth it to give it a try. I added in the stairs for $65 and repairing a hole for $69 (I had another estimate for $75 for the repair). We made an appointment. Jim arrived promptly and did the work. He left me with some of his cleaning product and a sheet of instructions on how to remove carpet stains. Again while it was wet the carpet looked good. It looked even better when it dried! It's a 90% improvement. I can certainly rent this house again without having to replace the carpeting. Jim saved me big money. Even considering the original glitch making contact (it happens) I am extremely pleased with DirtMonster. I am definitely going to be calling him with another job next month.
