Bob went the extra mile and researched the type of software I was using before coming on site. While on site, he discovered the problem was Windows-related, which I could not have discovered myself. The problem was resolved in less than 1.5 hours. The VPN works as it should for each identity on the computer. I was delighted with the whole experience with Bob, and felt my dollars were well spent. He will definitely be the first person I think of the next time I need help.

It went fine. It took them 5 days to come out. They didn't charge more than the deal. When they got here, they did a fine job. The workers were pretty nice.

Arrived on time and used flash drive to transfer all data from old modem to new. Then installed new modem with windows 10. After installation performed tasks to activate different apps of windows 10. Disposed of old modem which would be scrubbed of any information available. Went very well and completed tasks within 2 hour time limit which I contracted for. Would not hesitate to use his services again.
