The entire process from bid, to prep to painting and cleanup was painless. We got bids from several different companies. The Certapro bid From Gary was the most detailed, catching all of the carpentry fixes that were needed. Options were provided for higher quality paint. Although they were not the lowest the detail,of the bid gave me confidence that the job would be well done. Jeff, who coordinated the job with the crew was on top of things and kept us informed when there were a couple of short delays because of current jobs taking a couple of days longer than they anticipated. He checked and double checked everything to be certain that everything was as anticipated. Christian who was the lead of the painting crew coordinated the other painters well. He had a crew of six that worked well and efficiently. The entire job took three days, which was anticipated. The first two days they didn’t leave until after 6 at night. The job was faultless. They did a very detailed walk around afterwards to make sure everything was as expected. Their cleanup on a daily basis and after the job was done was flawless. I can recommend CertaPro of Tacoma without reservation. Thanks Gary, Jeff and Christian for a job well done.

Rene and Fernando from CertaPro painted our new stairs with brushes and it looks very beautiful. Both acted in a real professional and cheerful manor and was a joy working with them. This team has the rare trait of solid pride in workmanship. We have more painting to complete and will be inviting Fernando and Rene back.

I hired Certa Pro Painters in Tacoma to paint my house. They gave me a quote that was twice what other companies had quoted but given the extent of prep work agreed to and size of their staff(we were told they had 26 people) we decided to go with Certa Pro. The project was to be started in late August and completed by labor day. After 6 plus weeks of excuses they finally started the job in October. They sent 1 person to our house(this amount of prep work would take a crew of 6 at least a week). That person had no idea as to what prep work is in the contract or anything that was agreed to in the contract. They proceeded to tear apart sections of my house(only to tell me they could not put it back together), replace siding improperly, spray paint on the house without completing the prep that was agreed to in the contract(which is running and bubbling now) and acting like this was all "business as usual" for them. They now want to put our project on hold due to the time of year and weather even though they were 6 weeks late starting it. They also want to write up an addendum to the contract to do less prep work?? My house is now multi colored and damaged and they aren't willing or able to right their wrongs. I believe they are under staffed, under skilled and under bid a job and now want to make it my problem. I'd love to share pictures of the way they have left my house and the quality of work they think is acceptable.

Everyone was wonderful to work with. The scheduler was knowledgeable and very patient as we discussed color options both while on site and later by email. The crew that was sent to do the work was prompt, efficient and very friendly. They did a fantastic job.

It was a great experience from start to finish and our house looks absolutely perfect. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. From receiving the bid to the final walk-around of our house, everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with was professional, punctual, dedicated and so respectful. Gary walked me through the whole process from start to finish. His complete professionalism and his passion for what he does was amazing. He is very smart, talented, experienced, competent, and accomplished. He is the right man for the job. He made my whole house new again. This project was quite the undertaking and it took Gary and his team days to complete where it would take anyone else weeks. It is phenomenal on how this house looks now. Literally, when I walked in this house I didn't recognize it. Our renter had done a number on our home, but Gary changed all that. The deciding factor for me in hiring Gary was his demeanor. He was relaxed, confident and knew he could get the job done in the timeframe I needed. If I could recommend one professional company and it's employees it would be this one. Everything I was told came true and I value honesty. I'm telling all my friends in the local area about these guys, they were awesome! What was once old, has new life.
