Ron Shafer. (Licensed inspector) was prompt, explained the process, was open to all questions before , during, and after the inspection. Provided detailed photos of all areas with issues along with a listing of those issues. Suggested repairs that were simple such as door threshold replacements etc. A thorough professional job from the beginning to the end.
