After putting off a much needed replacement of the roof, Town and Country Roofing was recommended to us.They came out quickly and assessed our needs including gutter replacement and skylights, offering great professional advice about our concerns. I was impressed with Town & Country from beginning to the end. Doug game a very impressive presentation and estimate. The work was done quickly and efficiently. And while they weren't inexpensive, the warranty was excellent and I'm happy with the result. I'd definitely work with them again, though if the roof performs as expected, the new roof will probably outlast me.

Great. Pretty much done in 2 days. Scheduled in July for late September, weather held it off till 1st week of November. Nice work. Tempted to use them as my source for weather forecasts also. Only thing that had me really concerned was long gaps in communication leading up to the job. However, they did come and do great work for the contract price in the right weather. I'm happy.

The crew were very nice and did a good job of clean up.  The loaders unfortunately put a ladder against my gutter and dented it, but since it's hard to see I didn't make an issue of it.  To my surprise, T & C installed  two roof anchors and one plywood sheeting at no extra cost.  I thought this gesture more than made up for the dented gutter.  
 I really liked the salesman, he was very patient with me, and responsive to my changes pertaining to color selection and installation date.  I felt good about this company and really like the warranty.  The roof looks awesome.

The boss showed up towards the end of the project to inspect the work and joined the crew to "button it up" before the rain set in. I was very happy with the way it turned out.

Town and Country were great to work with. Most of the roofers who came to bid on our job just stopped by, threw up a ladder, ran around on the roof for awhile, and gave me a price to replace the shingles. Doug at Town and Country took the time to not only walk the roof but also the exterior of the house examining the eaves and went up in the attic and prowled around for awhile. He spent quite awhile explaining to me the problems that he observed and how he proposed to fix them. The result was our most expensive bid but also the most thorough in positioning our house for the long term.
In the end, Doug won us over with his thoroughness and honest communication. We hired them, they gave us a time frame when they would be here to do the job, they showed up when they said they would and had the job done when they said they would. After the crew and had packed up and left, I noticed one thing on the bid that had been missed. I called up Doug and told him about it and he and several assistants were out the next day to rectify the situation.
We now have a beautiful appearing roof which should be relatively easy to maintain, a better ventilated attic which should keep the house cooler in the summer, and hopefully no more major roofing expenses as long as we continue to own this house.
Bottom line: Town and Country will not compete on price but they will deliver a first class product and stand behind their work. I would definitely hire them again.

Ron was very responsive and professional in the generation of the bid and following-up on the project.  Work team did an excellent job and cleaned up the site each day (3-day project).  Roof looks great!  Ron also recommended a quality gutter company as well at my request.  Would definitely use again!

They did a very good job. They worked timely and recommended a chimney company that we were pleased with as well.

Inspected old roof, explained roofing options and provided a prompt estimate.  Estimate was less than expected.  Materials were delivered the day before work was to start.  Workers arrived promptly on the scheduled start date and completed the job in about a day and a half.  Workers were busy, quiet, courteous and cleaned up all materials and debris before leaving.  Roof was inspected later by GAF representative to assure that the manufacturer's specified materials and procedures had been followed (to qualify for the additional warranty coverage). We were very pleased with the work done, from initial visit to final inspection.

Town and country roofing. Kept to their promise. Though there was some delays due to much work on their hands, but as was promised, once there are few sunny days, they will call and schedule the work on my house. They did.

The original builder of my home used fewer shingles than he should have. This caused 'soft' spots in my roof.

They had to replace all of the decking, flashing, fixed the seals on my two skylights and installed new shingles. All of this was included in the original, detailed estimate. They also reflashed all of the areas that needed it. The new roof came with a 50 year warranty.

The man who came to give the estimate was wonderfully professional, and it was a pleasure to deal with them throughout the whole project. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Doug worked with me, giving notice so I could kennel the dog to coming back to complete some minor interior repairs related to skylight replacement.  Town and Country was quick, thorough and cleaned up everything.

It was amazing.  The  process was explained with us beforehand.  The day of the work, about 9 guys appeared.  The entire roof was removed and the new one installed in one day.  There was not a scrap of debris left behind, and the roof is beautiful.  Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The work was great! They are probably the best contracting company that I have had the opportunity to work with.  They did more than they said they were going to do. They didn’t charge extra and there were no surprises. They kept everything clean and cleaned up at the end of every day. The fellows were very polite and respectful. Doug, the project manager, came out and was onsite every day. He was an absolute delightful person to work with. He was involved in the tear off and the careful disposal. I had asked him if would be possible to preserve some of the tiles that were intact as I have neighbors who have the same type of roof. They were very accommodating in helping us to palletize approximately two pallets of tiles. They were very cooperative in everything that we wanted them to do. They are the only ones who were able to offer us a complete roofing system instead of just tearing off singles. They were also the only ones who were able to give me a complete evaluation at the estimate. They stuck exactly to their estimate and there were no additional costs. They were also able to explain everything to me very thoroughly. They exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased with their services.

The work turned out fine.

They undid the problem that the previous roofing company had done wrong. The work was fine. However, they didn’t leave us any extra shingles.

The work was good! I think they performed the work as outlined and it was very good!
