Charged: $746... I used this business to get an outdoor faucet put in the front yard. They did not arrive on time for the appointment firstly. Secondarily they broke my drive way light (pictures attached) . In addition they did not finish the job and left at around 4 pm stating that union rules required them to leave. This would not have been a problem if they arrived on time for the appointment. They also left a hole with a pipe sticking out of the ground.(which is still there) pictures attached. I called them after I realized the light had been broken they gave me grief about it and finally too $200 off the cost... granted they charged $700 for a job that was not complete and a broken light with a hole left in the ground???? This from a highly recommended business.... doesn't seem right to me! Finally, the manager came back to my residence around 3 weeks after the initial appointment... now stating they would have to call 888 and do a bunch more digging and left saying I would recieve a qoute for the additional work. I still as of today have not recieved a bid for the additional faucet installation... realize there is still a hole in my yard with a pipe sticking out... no qoute... I would hope that a business with such a reputation would just come out and install the additional faucet and fill the hole free of charge at this point. This has been quite an ordeal. I would be very wary of using this company as they do not follow through nor make things right when a mistake has occured.

"We appreciated the opportunity to do business with you. Our company did notify you we would be arriving 30-60 minutes later than our initial projected time. We are sorry for any inconvenience that caused you, we do our best to arrive on time but the nature of service work can be unpredictable. We apologize for the accident with your light and were happy to reimburse you for it. The light was not secured on it's base and did have duct tape on it before we started any work, but it was still important to us to take care of that for you. Our estimator provided you with a quote to install ONE yard hydrant which was completed when we came out. After we had given you an estimate and scheduled the work you decided you would like another yard hydrant added in your yard which would add approximately 100' of hand digging and we did not have the appropriate time scheduled to complete that addition nor were you quoted pricing. When our technician learned that you would like another hydrant added, he took it upon himself to mark where the existing line is so it will be easier to tie into for whoever does that work. That is the blue piece of pipe you see in your yard, it is not plumbed into anything and can be pulled out of the ground if you desire. Ron has had an estimate in the works for you, I apologize he has not sent it over to you yet, an honest oversight during these crazy times. We were done with the quoted work and left the job site when completed at 4:28PM, we are not a union company."

The staff at the appointment desk were professional, helpful, and observed the PPE and social distancing rules. When Geoff came, he was patient and did a great job analyzing the issues, creating a reasonable estimate, and fixing the issues.

Darin and Geoff (sp??) were excellent. After looking at the problem, they offer a few different solutions and walked me through what each would involve the benefits of each and the pricing. There was no pressure to take a more expensive option or upselling, they simply made sure I was getting the solution I wanted in the price range I needed. They even replaced the drain piece in my sink for free once they realized the threads were stripped, since, as they said, "we didn't include that in initial pricing, so we won't charge you for you in now." They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and we have had not further issues with our dishwasher. This was the kind of service you always hope for. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Ron was on time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Exactly what I want. I felt very confident in the work done. Turns out the leak was from a tub spout installed 6 months ago by another local plumbing company. That other company’s plumber failed to caulk the tub spout and it therefore got water in behind it during showers. Also had a new trim kit and handle installed. They had the parts and presto - beautiful new (and properly caulked) trim plate and handle. I was so happy with Ron and his assistant that I am going to have them come back and install a kitchen faucet and redo the tub spout/shower, etc. in our other bathroom. Ron did research and made sure that I chose my new parts from a list of ones that will actually work. No more wandering around at Home Depot and buying the wrong plumbing parts for me!

Really liked that they scheduled me right away and showed up on time. They even sent a text when they were on their way. I had to have a new faucet installed and it did seem a bit pricy.

Went well but the cost even though he dropped the price a little was hard to take. I felt really stupid after he did what I wanted and realized I could have done it myself but had not taken the time to look at the problem so it's my bad. I think it took all of 10 minutes to do the job and about $5 worth of hardware. If I had taken the time or been a little bolder I could have just done it myself after he told me what appeared to be the problem. He removed a faucet and capped it which is all I really needed done. original quote was $250

The work went fine. I had already dug out the ground surrounding the shutoff valve in order to save them some time. The crew completed the job in about a hour.

Overall fine, though the cost of the simple leak repair seemed very high. The upgraded sink bowl at about $100 seemed reasonable, but $300 for the repair labor and "better" parts to correctly reinstall a new (5 months prior) faucet so the slow leak was stopped took away my breath. Then again, we are not used to plumber rates in an area we've not been living in for over 10 years. The two plumbers (you need two?) were courteous, informative, and helpful. I would seek alternate solutions first if the need arises again for a plumber only because of the price.

I was very pleased with the work, both plumbers were very professional and explained what was needed and did not try to sell or do any service that was not needed. I was not even charged extra for the cleaning and checking of the sink and shower drains. The plumbers arrived early and protected my floors and cleaned up after the jpb was done. I would heartily recommend Springer plumbing for any plumbing job.

It went well. Previously, I had contacted Springer to have the work done in the hope that Springer would be able to send someone prior to my spouse's surgery. Post surgery, the walk-in shower would be much more convenient and safe for my spouse to use in lieu of a tub. The person I contacted was able to squeeze the appointment the day prior to my spouse's scheduled surgery. Not only that, they arrived about 45 minutes early, but called ahead to ensure that it would be okay for them to begin work early. Darin and Tim were able to get the shower working again.

Darin and Tim were very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take. They came prepared to have to replace tank, so we didn't have to make another appointment once they assessed the problem. We were given options as to how we wanted to handle the issue and quoted a price. They also made sure we knew how all the components of the new water heater worked.
I would have liked the receipt to have broken down the cost of parts and cost of labor, instead it just shows one cost, so we really don't know how much we paid each part of the job.
We liked that they are a local company and very pleased with the service!

They provided options for repairing the broken garbage disposal which was the source of the leak and made the repair in under in hour. We are very pleased with the service.
