Terrible a nightmare they have no expertise

The worker that came out and did the work was professional and did a good job. The state was offering a rebate if you bought a heat pump. At the end of the year, you could deduct it off your income tax and that's what I wanted. They came out and installed the unit and at the end of the year, I needed a tax number so that I can do that. I needed to get the paper work so I called them and they said they'd get back to me. A day later they called back and told me my unit did not qualify for a tax credit. That's why I did it, to qualify for this tax credit. And my old unit was getting old. They were like, the outdoor one qualifies but the indoor one doesn't match the outdoor one. I'm going, that's not my fault, its their fault. I told Jeremy the salesman I was doing it to get the rebate and all the companies were offering it. When I started pressuring them they said they were firing Jeremy because he had done that to a lot of people. And I'm like, this leaves me without like an 800 dollar rebate. They fired the guy which to me is an admission that they were wrong and I'm the one left holding the bag yet they couldn't make it right. That's why I'm pissed off about them. They have a very poor business practice. You can't expect anybody to come back when you treat people like that. They fired the sales man for doing that but they wouldn't make it right. They should have replaced the indoor unit so that I could get my rebate. What they were doing was getting rid of a bunch of old units evidently.
