Description of Work: October 2014: They came out, evaluated our appliances that use propane and looked at the tank. Also filled tank on first visit. January 2015: Came by to refill tank and evaluate usage. Recommended we fill up once per year when prices are lower. We are really pleased with the service we have received so far.

Description of Work: I was looking to GET propane installed, I didnt know who to call. I called All American and Debbie was SOOO helpful. She gave me numbers of plumbers to call to have the pipe installed under our house. Rob made a trip out here to talk about where the best placement would be for the tank, not only for service but for my concerns of people viewing the tank. He was super helpful about which appliances to go with. They set the tank and line to the house today, the per gallon price is cheaper than anywhere around. I was impressed that they are so focused on customer satisfaction that they sell you the regulator so that if at any time you are not happy with the price or service they can remove the tank and you get someone else, that was a huge plus to me. A company not afraid to refer someone else or give the customer what they need to go with someone else shows confidence in their service or product in my opinion! Great Job All American Propane :-)

Description of Work: We used All American Propane West because we just moved to this house and the tank ran dry so we had no heat. They came on New Year's Day to fill it up for us.
