We got totally hosed by Roto Rooter, we haven't been able to use the drains in our house for the past 6 months

Way over priced, had to have them come back, they wanted to charge me all over again. They cleaned out the drain and dumped it in my driveway. Gross. I only used them because of the Coupon and true to form you get what you pay for - I sent them home and called Fox Plumbing which is what I should have done to begin with - and the came out and fixed the problem in short order for a 1/3 of the cost. No Drama. If you're in Seattle and use a dispatched based Plumber - Call Fox Plumbing and Heating.
