I wish the price was a little less but they do good work and they take care of me. I can't complain. This last time they just did the maintenance, checking out the furnace and making sure it was tuning. I asked about something and they checked if for me. They made a few adjustments. They are coming out on Friday.

Everything exceeded our expectations, so it's not anything I couldn't recommend. Another company had more of a premium price, but we went with them because of the service contract and the reputation. They weren't the cheapest on this type of product, so what you get with them is the service.

It was free. The salesman was informative, educational and presented the company in a really good light. The only difference and the big reason that I didn't go with them was their price. They were exponentially high.

Greenwood showed up on time for their estimate, and provided a very clear description of our choices in air conditioning and furnace units. Their pricing was about what I had expected to pay, and we were able to schedule an install for 3 weeks out from our estimate. Happily, a new installation window opened up just 2 days from our estimate and Greenwood called to ask if we would want to have our air conditioning installed earlier. The installers came on time, and maintained a very clean workspace over their two day installation. They even swept out our whole garage when they were done. Greenwood took care of scheduling an electrician to come out and scheduling our city inspector as well.

They were timely, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, went over operating instructions and just great to work with! So easy!

The workers showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the work areas clean when they left. We needed technicians to return twice for adjustments . The visits were scheduled and the work finished immediately and we were not charged.

Apart for a minor snafu on scheduling, it went very well.

They charged a lot of money and didn't really tell me anything I didn't already know.

Sales team was fast and responsive. Installation and electricians were great, fast and friendly. Overall great experience.

They did a whole house heat pump. I think it's called ductless heat pump installation.

The installers arrived when scheduled. They were knowledgeable and kept us informed about their progress, and gave a thorough explanation of the system itself. All the external pipes for the a\c are neatly covered. We are very pleased with the workmanship

Came on time, did the job, was professional

It didn't cost anything because it was still under warranty. The secretary I would give a C. The price was good because I didn't pay nothing. The guy that came out to fix it was good because he told me if you ever have any problems you are under warranty for 5 more years and you tell her that you are under warranty and we are 24/7. And she was trying to book us out for 2 weeks. So he was good and he came out fast when I called. The secretary wasn't very great with my husband. I called back and said this is unacceptable. If this keeps up come take it out. The guy said hold on Mrs. Wilbanks we'll get you somebody you can talk to. He solved my problem. Responsiveness could be a little better. If you can get past the secretary it would be an A. The work guys are an A. He was very nice and explained everything that was going on. He goes "I fixed it and he admitted that I don't know why it wasn't done." It now won't move nowhere. 

They installed it so they should know how to handle their stuff that they're selling.

The service person was punctual and did a good job.

The salemen was responsive to answering question before after the furance was installed. He assisted in getting a minor problem serviced and another problem evaluated. I would highly recommend greenwood heating and have no reservations hiring them again.

They answered every question I had. They completed the job in less than an hour. One person came out and he was really good. He knew what he was doing. He left the area really clean.

I did not end up using them actually, it was not a good experience. The estimate was like $20,000 higher than what the nearest other estimate was. I know that we got someone to fix it for around $1,700 rather than the over $20,000. 

So, they suggested replacing the boiler and somebody was able to fix it and not replace it. Since then, we?ve had it serviced and the people that serviced it told us it has another 15 to 20 years of life left on it. 
They did show up, they were on time. They didn?t do anything.
